General Warranty

Warranty and Replacement Policy

All IXDOH products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered under warranty.)

Warranty Period and Eligibility

The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Regarding warranty transfer, you are eligible for warranty service only if both of the following conditions are met:

The warranty period has not expired from the date the original owner received the 1-year warranty package;

The new owner possesses the original purchaser's name and original order number.

Warranty Products

IXDOH will replace any components found to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping).

This warranty does not cover:

Corrosion

Discoloration, scratches, and impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding)

Water damage

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a pro rata 1-year warranty.

During the first year of service, customers can repair or replace defective batteries free of charge. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries is the same as the original purchase date. No cash refunds will be provided.

Battery defect assessment and testing may only be conducted directly by IXDOH.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasion, dust, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;

Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modification;

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage (unless caused by IXDOH);

Products with removed, soiled, damaged, altered, or illegally used serial numbers or barcodes;

Normal wear and tear;

Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by IXDOH.

Product defects or damage resulting from failure to assemble, test, operate, maintain, install, repair, or adjust according to the assembly instructions or user manual;

Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as impact, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, severe weather, theft, blown fuse, or any misuse of power.

Furthermore, for batteries, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Using a charger not designed for or suitable for this battery;

Improper use of the battery charger;

Broken battery seals or signs of tampering;

Using the battery in devices other than the specified bicycle.

Warranty Claims:

All warranty claims must be submitted through “IXDOH” and sent to LuebanoOdelia376@gmail.com. Any warranty claim must include proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged goods. We recommend contacting LuebanoOdelia376@gmail.com before submitting a warranty claim. A simpler solution may be found without submitting a claim. Valid warranty claims submitted within one year of the date of purchase will be processed by IXDOH. 2

Shipping Damage Claims:

In rare cases, goods may be damaged during shipping. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact LuebanoOdelia376@gmail.com and provide photographic or video evidence.

If free accessories are scratched during shipping, we will not replace or compensate for them.

Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims made 7 days after receiving the goods.
